I had American Carpet Care come out to do our 14-year-old carpets that had never been cleaned. The carpets all looked, felt and smelled clean when they were done, for the most part. I was not there when they cleaned so when I got home I checked all the carpets. There were several stains that were quite noticeable so I called them back. Paul was very accommodating and came back himself, in a timely manner, to look it over and then took care of the spots at no extra charge because he stands behind his work. He also did a great job on a big area rug that lsits just inside my front door. I will definitely have them come back when I need my carpets cleaned again.

Paul is WONDERFUL! We had a situation where the furnace had been slowly leaking (it was not level) and this affected a wall in our closet. Paul came out in the evening and tested the walls, carpet, wood for moisture and checked for mold (we were leaving for vacation the next day!) He not only took care of the mold and carpet, but he made arrangements for a contractor to put the drywall back in. He is so very kind, professional and very knowledgeable! I would HIGHLY recommend Paul for cleaning your carpets but also for water damaged carpets/walls.
